How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” on our login page and enter your username. If you have set up security questions, you will be prompted to answer these in order to reset your password.
Where can I find my access details?
After completing your purchase, you should have received a confirmation email which was sent to the email address entered at the time of payment. To receive your access details, simply click the ‘Get Started’ button within this email and let us know what you’d like to do with your training. You will then receive your access details for the course.
I have received multiple sets of login details. What should I do?
If you have selected “Team Training” then you will be provided with individual login details for each course to allocate to your learners. Please note, each username will include a number at the end to make it unique.
