I feel as if children must be taught about child abuse and all other safeguarding concerns for them to be aware of what should be reported. They need to have a clear idea of why it is important for them to speak out if they notice something wrong. Children are vulnerable to blackmail and should be taught about how they can be kept safe if they report something.
